A day in Denver

While waiting for the Denver Library to open at one p.m. on Saturday, the kids and I walked around downtown Denver. You'll find all kinds of architecture there. When my boys go to the big city, they believe whatever is there is for climbing on, just like they do at the farm. Sculpture? For climbing on! Walls? For climbing on!  Stair railings? For climbing on! You built it; we'll climb on it! (Or under it!) It beats the heck out of sitting behind a desk at school most of the day!

Sara trails along behind them, wishing she had some chickens to play with. As will the rest of us, Sara will be glad when this election business is finally completed.
