Enthusiasm

I like to be around people who are enthusiastic about what they are doing. How do you maintain an attitude of enthusiasm when many things you have to deal with are unpleasant, or are initiated by others?

The answer is free will and choice. Remember, the physiological component of emotions lasts only 90 seconds in your blood stream. You can choose to hang on to those emotions for longer than 90 seconds, or you can thank your hard-working left brain cells for doing such a good job at what they are supposed to do, and ask them to pause, while you ask your right brain to help you realize the inner peace in the right here and right now. Having inner peace, you are then free to move forward with enthusiasm in performing the tasks before you. Of course, that also means we need to give our cells the nourishment and rest they need to rejuvenate. Taking care of these miraculous bodies God has created is one of our most sacred responsibilities,
