Should racist universities receive public funds?

In PJ Media, Tyler O'Neil reports that the President of Princeton University admitted that the university has long been racist. Was that the end of the story? No! Secretary of Education Betsy DeVoss immediately launched an investigation to determine if the $75 million Princeton has received in federal funds since he has been president should be returned to the federal government!
