This photo shows Kamala Harris welcoming the Democrats who fled Texas to avoid voting to strengthen voting laws there. Five of the Texans who met with Harris have tested positive for Covid 19, despite all having been vaccinated. Harris clearly was exposed to the virus in this small room. Nevertheless, she has been maskless since the meeting.
