Ace of Spades believes Kyle Rittenhouse has the worst defense in the world!
They have constantly allowed Litttlefinger to act as his own "expert witness" and testify as a prosecutor. An expert has to be voir dire'd, to establish his expert status. Littlefinger has none. The defense never objects. Never. Ever. Never ever ever.
They just let him testify and testify to things never entered into evidence, acting as an expert witness who was never established as such.
They let him testify earlier that "you cannot fire a gun with your bicep blown off." So now he's a medical doctor.
Littlefinger is whatever sort of expert he needs to be at any particular moment, and the defense just sits there in silent stupidity.
