"Who is pulling your strings?"

After watching and listening to Mark Steyn interview psychology professor Jordan Peterson, I wanted to listen more to Peterson. I found this video for Millennials, how they can change the world - properly. Jordan says the problem with Marxists, is you really can not trust people who are always looking for victims and perpetrators, and whose primary goal is to change others, not themselves.

Peterson wants young people to educate themselves. He wants them to read these authors:
Dostoevsky, Tolstoy,
Solzhenitsyn, Orwell, Huxley, Nietzsche and Jung. It will be difficult, but what is the alternative? to be a stagnant infant when you are forty?

He reminds us of Pinocchio and urges us each to free ourselves from the strings. Who is pulling your strings? Pinocchio decided to just busy himself with impulsive pleasures, as a victim who did not have to take responsibility for his own existence and therefore fell into the hands of totalitarianism at Pleasure Island.

Peterson urges us to ask ourselves, what is the highest possible good for you and your family? What would it look like if you took responsibility to find that truth?
