Do we assume that our relationships will naturally take care of themselves? Do we feel happy and fulfilled in our present relationships? How would you define a loving relationship?
In his book Loving Each Other, Leo Buscaglia asserted that communication is a major factor in the success of relationships. Talking with each other, saying what we feel and mean, saying it clearly, listening to what the other is saying and making sure we are hearing accurately.
How about compassion, sacrifice, and commitment? We usually wait until people have died to express their value in our lives, to honor them publicly, and to express our love for them. Wounds heal quickly when one knows unquestionable that love is there.
This blog is looking for wisdom, to have and to share. It is also looking for other rare character traits like good humor, courage, and honor. It is not an easy road, because all of us fall short. But God is love, forgiveness and grace. Those who believe in Him and repent of their sins have the promise of His Holy Spirit to guide us and show us the Way.

Successful relationships
Mark Manson writes one of the best posts on relationships I have ever read. See if you agree here.
