Did you know that the Olympics have decided to allow transgender athletes to compete alongside whatever sex they identity with?

There is a reason that men’s sports and women’s sports are separate. The Olympic Committee’s latest decision to allow transgender athletes to compete alongside whatever sex they identify with, without undergoing transgender surgery, will be the end of women’s sports, at least for natural-born women (women who menstruate and have working mammary glands).

...Women in sports. Trans women in sports. To some, these are the same idea. Yet to older women who worked their behinds off to be taken seriously in a male-dominated game, there is a huge difference. Men are born with 8 percent more muscle mass than women, on average. That may sound minuscule, but in the world of racing, power, and endurance, it is everything.

...Very few people seem to care. And if we don’t come together to oppose the new changes, or push for them to do the right thing and open up a third category for trans athletes, then we’ve already lost. Women’s sports are being suffocated. It won’t last much longer, but at least we know what’s important. Allowing a man to prove he’s the best woman is now the norm.

Comey: "Don't look at my corruption. Look at what I want you to look at!"

Andrew's opening monolog is about James Comey, who, since being fired as head of the FBI, has been working full time as a "sanctimonious crap weasel." He testified behind closed doors in Congress Monday that he had no idea why he and everyone under his command had been either fired or demoted and that he was not aware that he had even been FBI Director until he read it in the newspaper like everybody else. Comey declared that every Republican must allow his or her reputation to be utterly destroyed in order to assure that Democrats win the next election. When asked why Republicans should do that, Comey answered, "Because otherwise, I will end up in jail where I belong! How dare they ask me about my actions (referring to Fox News, the only mainstream media outlet to ask questions about FBI corruption under Comey's lack of leadership.)

The Deep State is real. It is not a "conspiracy theory" to say that they acted against the candidacy, then the actual presidency of Donald Trump to preserve their own power. The New York Times has trotted out that phrase, just as the CIA did in the 1960s to cover up their involvement with Lee Harvey Oswald. Obama-appointed judges have said that Obama and his Deep State appointees decide what the law is. The Supreme Court needs to step forward and say the laws are what the legislators who made the laws say they are, as long as those laws are in accordance with the Constitution.

The state of our nation is that we have just a few elected officials representing us, while thousands of unelected people, protected by civil service rules so they won't get fired, come to believe that they can implement or not implement laws in any way they see fit. Democrats and the Left media are natural allies who influence and agree with the policies set by the unelected bureaucrats.

The puppy dog passivity the press brought forward in the Obama years has been followed by the ferocity they bring to Donald Trump. The problem is that the press treated Obama one way and Trump the opposite, just like Comey treated Hilary Clinton one way and Donald Trump an entirely different way. Comey is arrogant now because the Democrats are coming into power in the House in January and they will do everything in their power to protect him and cover up the Deep State crimes against Trump and his administration.

Andrew's guest is Adam Plantinga, a veteran cop who has written books about police work and, after 17 years in law enforcement is still doing police work as a Sergeant in Los Angelos. His latest book is Police Craft. He says that in those 17 years he has only heard one officer say the "N" word. The crime rate is highest in lower socioeconomic neighborhoods which happen to have a majority of black and brown residents. Many are involved in the sale or use of street drugs. People grow up expecting to go to jail or having their friends go to jail. Also, We are not doing mentally ill persons any favors by giving freedom to people who cannot function in society. Cops need to have a long fuse in dealing with people that are irrational and/or strung out on dope.

In answer to a question by Andrew, Plantinga said he thought an HBO show called The Wire did the best job of accurately portraying the jobs of cops. Movies? Plantinga is still waiting for a movie to accurately portray police work. He says that the common use of body cameras is going a long way towards helping people understand how cops operate.

Miss Universe had a transgender guy who was Miss Spain. The media celebrated! Andrew asks, "Who is this good for? What does the Left want?"

Confused

Bookworm links to the January issue of National Geographic, which features a cover story on a nine-year-old boy who has announced that he is transgendered. Bookworm writes, National Geographic's

newest edition has a 9-year-old boy on its cover proudly announcing that he’s thrilled that he’s really a girl.

No, Avery. You’re not really a girl. If you have a penis and testes, and do not have a vagina, uterus, and ovaries, you are really a boy — a mentally ill boy. Left alone, by puberty, your mind might align with your biological reality. In today’s era, though, you’ll never get that chance. I’m so sorry.

Moreover, a magazine cover will not make you happier in the long run. If you want to pretend to be a girl — wear dresses, make-up, long hair, go by a girl’s name, etc. — it’s a free country and you should be able to do so. I’ll even do you the courtesy, should I meet you, of treating you like the girl you want to be. But please don’t try convincing me and other reality-based Americans that you’re anything other than a boy who is confused.

More outrageous things about Obama's new transgender regulations

There’s one part of Barack Obama’s letter to all public schools and universities about “transgender accommodation” that the media – and the rest of us – have overlooked.

It has nothing to do with bathrooms or locker rooms, either – but something much worse. Obama’s federal “guidance” requires that:

1) School districts must allow males and females to spend the night together in the same hotel on school field trips.

2) Colleges must let men who claim to be transgender room with women.

3) School officials are not permitted to tell the women (or their parents) that their new roommate is a man.

...While many opponents of Barack Obama’s new “accommodations” for transgender people, claim that the term “transgender” is vague, in fact it is not.

The eight-page letter clearly states that, as far as the Justice Department and the Dept. of Education are concerned, a student becomes a member of the opposite sex the moment he feels like it. The instant he tells school officials about his decision, they must immediately treat him accordingly.

...And there is no maximum number of times a student can “switch” their genders. “For some people, gender is not just about being male or female,” CNN reported. “In fact, how one identifies can change every day or even every few hours.” So, theoretically, one could be male during homeroom, female during gym class, then male again before he gets on the bus – and the school district is bound to comply every step of the way.

...Remember: These new rules – right or wrong – are being imposed upon us without a single lawmaker voting for it. No debate, no discussion. Just a decision by Barack Obama and his Justice Department.

Men who claim to be women can now use the women's bathrooms at Target

Warner Todd Huston reports for Breitbart that

The Target department store chain has jumped into the transgender bathroom debate by declaring that men who claim to be women may use whatever bathroom or changing room they choose.

“Inclusivity is a core belief at Target,” a new company statement reads. “It’s something we celebrate. We stand for equality and equity, and strive to make our guests and team members feel accepted, respected and welcomed in our stores and workplaces every day.”

The retailer added, “We welcome transgender team members and guests to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity.”

“Everyone deserves to feel like they belong,” the statement concluded. “You’ll always be accepted, respected and welcomed at Target.”

Two mistakes people make

"Unfortunately, when it comes to transsexuals we make two huge mistakes.
First, we encourage them to embrace their mental illness. We don’t do this with depression, schizophrenia, paranoia, multiple personality disorder or almost anything else because it’s a terrible idea. It’s like telling someone who’s depressed that he’s worthless and everyone else would be better off without him. We would be appalled if anyone did that; yet encouraging someone to mutilate himself in a futile attempt to change genders is an even more horrible thing to do to another human being.

Our second mistake is that instead of having sympathy for people in that position, wishing them well and hoping for their recovery, we insist that everyone else cater to their mental disorder. There’s no law that says you have to stop cutting your hedges because your paranoid neighbor is suspicious of it. There’s no law that says you have to ask a person with multiple personality disorder whom he’s speaking to so you don’t shock him if you call him the wrong name. So, why are we willing to violate the privacy of half the population at one of their most vulnerable points during the day in order to cater to a mental disorder that afflicts a fraction of a percent of Americans?"

Christian Daycare Workers Fired for Refusing to Call a Little Girl a Boy

The two male parents of a six-year-old little girl told employees at the school to refer to their daughter as a boy, and to call her by a new masculine name. The little girl’s hair had also been cut like a boy’s.

Kirksey told Breitbart Texas in an interview, that the problem was not so much with the transgender issue as it was with telling young children that the little girl was a boy when she was not, and with calling her “John” (not the name given) when that was not her name.

She, and another worker who does not want to be identified, were fired from the Childrens’ Lighthouse Learning Center in Katy, Texas, a city just west of Houston.

The school distributed guidelines to the teachers called “How to Handle Transgender Students.” The printed guidelines were obtained from the internet and can be read at this link.

The guidelines and the instructions given the teachers included six rules, one of which was “Help defend their dignity.” Another, was to “Educate yourself and your students.” The Christian worker said she did not believe it “was our job,” to thrust the issue on the small children of other parents. She said the school should not force their beliefs on the children, or on her, or upon other parents.

The author of the Christian book, “In Pursuit of the Promise,” said the other children should not be exposed at such an early age to the issue of transgender or “gender identity,” and felt that the two male parents were imposing the issue on their little girl.

“I don’t think we should be talking to other people’s children who are under the age of 18 about being transgender,” Kirksey said in an interview with Fox26 in Houston. Both of the fired workers agreed on this point.

Kirksey said that prior to this happening, she had been commended for the good work that she was doing at the school. After she refused to call the little girl by her new masculine name, and to tell the other children to do so, and to say that the little girl was a little boy, the daycare worker was written-up for alleged infractions that she did not believe were based in reality. She has worked at the school for over a year.

The fired worker notified Child Protective Services that the little girl was being told that she is now a little boy. She believes that it is up to professionals to determine if the little girl is just confused, or if the new gender is being forced upon the little girl.

Kirksey says sometimes the little girl refers to herself as a little boy, and sometimes she tells the other children to not call her a boy or to refer to her by her masculine name.

The Childrens’ Lighthouse in Katy is just one of the school franchise’s that are all over the country. The company is based in Fort Worth and according to its website, there are 37 learning centers in seven states. The school cares for children ages six weeks to twelve years old.

The City of Houston just received national attention for an election that submitted a city ordinance to the voters. I'm demanding full access immediately to all female locker room areas

Barack Obama’s Department of Education for Civil Rights has threatened to cut funding to an Illinois school district if it doesn’t allow a male transgender student to use the girl’s locker room and showers, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The DOE charges that school officials did not comply with Title IX, the federal law from 1972 that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex. The investigation took nearly 2 YEARS! You want to talk about a waste of money, there it is right there.

The school has already bent over backward to accommodate the student, by allowing him to play on the girl’s sports teams, use the women’s restrooms and provided a special private area in the girl’s locker room. They even changed his name, gender and pronouns on school records. But of course, that wasn’t good enough.

He is demanding UNRESTRICTED access to the girl’s locker room. He filed a formal complaint with Obama’s Office for Civil Rights back in 2013.

Should transgender students be allowed to use the gender-specific locker rooms and restrooms of their choice?

The controversy comes after a transgender student, who identifies as female, began using female facilities at Hillsboro High School.

There were so many people who showed up to Thursday night’s school board meeting that they had to move it into the gym, something that has not happened for a regular meeting in the past. This topic was not even on the agenda, but it was clear why most parents were in attendance, judging from the thunderous applause and standing ovation after one parent spoke.

High school senior Lila Perry said she’s known she was transgender since she was 13. Last February, she decided to come out. She didn’t take gym class that semester and used the gender-neutral faculty restroom. But this year, Perry said she wanted to fit in with the rest of the girls, so she started using the girls’ bathroom and locker room.

Parents said their daughters were uncomfortable, because even though Perry wears dresses and a wig, she is still physically a male.

Derrick Good, a parent of two girls at Hillsboro and an attorney, worked with other parents and a conservative advocacy group to draft a new school district policy on the issue, which he believes would be upheld in court. The policy calls for students to use a restroom associated with the gender they were born with, or a gender neutral restroom.

“They should have the ability to do whatever they need to do in the privacy of the bathroom without having a male in there,” Good said. “They have a right to their own bodily privacy, and I’ve raised my girls, and many of these parents have raised their girls, to protect that privacy. They don’t share that with members of the opposite sex.”

Good said the school district is concerned about stripped funding if a civil rights lawsuit came their way, but he feels the school board should be more concerned with his daughters’ rights to personal privacy.

It’s unclear when and if the school board will make a decision on this. Members of the school board said they cannot comment on the matter.

For her part, Perry said there’s no risk for anyone.

“I’m not going to hurt their daughters. I’m not going to expose myself. I’m not a pervert; I’m a transgender woman; I’m a girl. I’m just in there to change, do my business, and that if they have any questions about being transgender, they are more than welcome to talk to me, and I’ll be happy to explain it.”

Perry said she’s been attacked on social media and fears bullying and violence if she were to start using the boys’ restroom now.

Meanwhile, the gender neutral bathroom option still stands.

...Actually, I was wrong that Jenner had the full sex reassignment surgery: He's spending that recommended year "as a woman" to see if he likes it. That's something doctors recommend, because, you know, you wouldn't want to be hasty about a decision like this.

Which makes this all the stranger to me, that it is insisted we call someone with a penis a "woman."

Real Courage. Bruce Jenner, an athlete who plans an elective surgical amputation, won ESPN's "Courage" Award over a war veteran who lost two limbs fighting for his country.

Honestly, if you're a man, you should not be watching ESPN. Jesus God in Heaven.
