Norks, California prison reform, Justice Gorsuch begins his tenure

Here is tonight's Special Report with Bret Baier. A lot of attention is paid to analyze the North Korean situation. Mollie Hemingway from the Federalist points out that North Korea is a quasi-mystical religious cult with totalitarian rule. The people believe their leader is a deity. The regime does not seem to be worried about retribution. Did the US hack the missile launch?

Prison reform in California is keeping criminals out of jail, but not out of trouble. Now, instead of prison time, they are accumulating tickets after being arrested!

Justice Gorsuch had his first day on the Supreme Court today. There are a lot of "hot button" cases coming up, including at least one religious liberty case.
