Did you know that the boyhood home of Jesus, Nazareth, is today the largest Arab city in Israel, with a population of over 80,000 people? Life Magazine has published a glossy magazine entitled Places of the Bible.
When the decree was proclaimed by Caesar Augustus that all people must register in the place of their origin, Joseph took his new wife, Mary, on an arduous one hundred mile journey to Bethlehem, which is just five miles from Jerusalem.
It is interesting to see the photos of the places where Jesus walked this Earth.
