Stupid!

The Denver Broncos finally got something they really needed: a star linebacker who could team with star cornerback Champ Bailey to give the Broncos a balanced team to go along with star quarterback Peyton Manning's prolific passing attack.

What could go wrong? Well, for starters, Von Miller has been suspended for six games for violating the NFL drug policy.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that when Miller went to give a urine sample to the drug tester, it was spilled. When Miller then came back later to give the drug tester another urine sample, that sample was found to be diluted.

Accidents? Perhaps,

But the NFL makes clear that a positive drug test isn’t the only way to violate the substance-abuse policy. Failing to produce a testable sample when asked to submit to a drug test can also be considered a violation.

Von, you let your teammates down, and the many thousands of devoted Bronco fans, too. Those fans pay big bucks to attend games, and buy souvenirs with your name on them. When you get thousands of people willing to shell out big bucks, it is actually the way the team owner can afford to pay you millions of dollars to play a game.

Perhaps you let yourself down, too? How long will it take for you to realize that, and correct your course?
