The ball is now in Maher's court

On Monday Bill Maher said on the Leno show that he will donate $5 million dollars to Donald Trump's choice of charities if Trump can provide him with a birth certificate showing that he was not the "spawn of his mother having sex with an orangutan." Trump's lawyer has sent Maher Trump's birth certificate and demanded the $5 million dollars, listing five charities chosen by Trump.
