J.D. Capelouto reports in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the man in the photo above was arrested for going 118 mph in a 45 mph zone. He told police he “just fixed a part on the car and we just wanted to make sure it was good.”
I experienced something similar today in a 35 mph zone. One block ahead were swarms of cops investigating something. The two racing cars that passed me at high speeds quickly hit their brakes and pulled off making right turns after hitting their brakes.
