Where is the point at which the First Amendment stops?

Here is another good question: At what point does protected speech become an unprotectable threat? The Supreme Court may take up the question, writes Tim Cushing. When you are threatening me, at what point does it become speech not covered by the First Amendment. I would like to know. Read more here.
