I just listened to a few minutes of Larry Kudlow's radio program. Kudlow applauds Senator Rubio for trying to do something about immigration. The American economy has been in a 1.5% decline for fifteen years, according to Kudlow. Kudlow believes the key answer lies in expanding our visa programs, so more immigrants can come and go legally.
