More Democrat voters

Byron York writes in the Washington Examiner that the immigration bills being considered in Congress provide legalization first, security later. The Democrats clearly have one thing in mind: quickly gaining eleven million new voters. Senator John Cronyn of Texas is offering an amendment that York asserts keeps the legalization-first structure of the Gang bill. However, Cronyn says his amendment would put actual, provable implementation of border security before the path to citizenship begins. Senate Democrats are not going to approve his amendment, because their only interest is in legalizing eleven million new voters.
