After midnight: a time to consider poisoning the water supply?

Have you read the story about seven Muslims being caught after midnight cutting padlocks to the aqueduct that supplies water to Boston? Robert Laurie writes,

The problem is all seven were from either Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, or Singapore. All of them live in either Boston or New York, and all of them are recent college graduates with chemical engineering degrees. They told police they wanted to see the reservoir due to “their education and career interests.”

Just last week, Canada’s National Post reported that the terrorists who plotted to derail a Via Rail train were also looking into poisoning the water supply. “Among the attacks they proposed were the train derailment plot and poisoning the air or water, resulting in the deaths of up to 100,000 people, officials said.”

"After midnight, we're gonna cause talk and suspicion."
