"Plastic Bags Okay?"

From Daily Tech: "A new technology, developed by researchers at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, takes ordinary cellulose and puts it through special processing. The end result is a paper, made out of normal wood pulp that has an incredible tensile strength of 1.6 times that of iron." "The new paper is composed of nano-sized whiskers of cellulose."

One thing I do like about living in this day and time are the interesting and sometimes bizzare inventions we come up with. I was rooting for nanos because I'd like to see a space elevator happen, sigh.

Amazing what people can do when they put their minds to it.
