Benefiting Poor Children

Did you know that the National Football League has a policy that benefits poor children in India and Africa? After each championship game, like the one Sunday night between Denver and San Diego, fans snap up shirts and baseball caps with the logo of the winning team. The losing team's apparel used to be destroyed. Not any longer. World Vision distributes the apparel of the losing team to kids in Kenya, Tanzania, and India.

What a great idea. Stories like this make you believe this is a country worth loving.
