Drudge is Calling It The "Obama Mass"
A crowd estimated as 75,000 people extends "as far as the eye can see" in Portland, Oregon today. He did not draw crowds like this in Kentucky or West Virginia. Let's hope Portland is in the minority.
Having visited Portland I can tell you most of the people out there are definitely the Obama type. Tree hugger doesn't even begin to describe these people. I'm sure there are normal people in Portland, I just didn't happen to meet them.
Perhaps you have since seen this elsewhere on the web, but Obama's appearance was preceded by a show by a very popular band whose name I can't recall. In other words, although Terri Wagner is right about Portlanders, they were bribed to show up.

I guess it is good that they all collect in the same place. I do so hope they stay there.
