Another tornado touched down in the same general area of Colorado today, but this time it was a small one. Below are some photos of yesterday's tornado in the town of Windsor. Despite dozens of homes being destroyed, only six people spent the night at the Red Cross shelter. People opened up their homes to those who lost theirs. So many people volunteered to help with rescue and clean up operations, that emergency management has had to ask that no more people volunteer! The photos are from the website of KOA radio.

Watching it was scary. Hearing about the one in Iowa was just as scary. Mother Nature can certainly put us in our place. And I was so glad you noted how the doors opened to one another. We experienced that here with Ivan and Katrina. It was our neighbors who reached out to help us. All of our American neighbors, not just the ones next door.
