A Different Election

Michael Barone points out that this election is different than any in our nation's history. Neither party's candidate will have massive, overwhelming support within their own party. The two presumptive nominees have no regional identity. Money and advertising has not made much of a difference. The most tested candidates did not run the best campaigns. For details on all these points, read Barone's piece here.

I don't know about anyone else, but I personally hate our choices. If it comes to McCain and Obama, ok, I'll probably call myself a patriot and vote for McCain; but if it comes to Hillary or McCain, I might just write in someone.
