Effects of Obamacare on workers

Here are some decisions employers are making as they get ready for Obamacare. Wal-mart is ending insurance for new hires working less than 30 hours per week. Cedar Falls Iowa is cutting hours of 59 city workers to make sure none work more than 29 hours, since 30 hours is the mark in which employers have to pay for insurance. Youngstown State University in Iowa is limiting non-union part-time hours to 29. Community College of Allegheny in Pennsylvania is slashing hours of 400 workers to 25 hours per week.
