Russia/Trump collusion allegations do not make sense!

This cybersecurity professor named Randy Stauber has some interesting thoughts on the Russia/Trump collusion allegations. One of his points is that Trump has consistently said and followed through with action that he wants America to become energy independent. If he succeeds, it will severely hurt Russia. Trump also consistently says and followed up with action, that he wants to rebuild our military so that it becomes dominant on the world stage as it has been in the past. Why would Russia want to collude with Trump, knowing that? Thirdly, Obama removed tactical nuclear weapons from eastern Europe, allowing the largest expansion of Russia since World War II. Wouldn't the Russians want to continue that with Hillary?
