Sex scandal attracts the attention of the media to Benghazi

Sure enough, now that there is a sex scandal attached, the media is now covering Benghazi. Although Petraeus wrote over one thousand emails to Paula Broadwell, the F.B.I. took over four months to investigate before they told the President about the affair on the day after the election.

General Petraeus was to have been a primary witness this week at closed-door congressional hearings on possible intelligence and security lapses surrounding the September attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya.
