A Satellite View of the Koreas at Night
Anyone have a guess as to what is the lone light in North Korea?
If I remember right, nighttime pics of North Korea are typically almost completely dark and that this was one exception that was deemed newsworthy a couple of years ago. This pic, I believe, was taken after North Korea conducted a nuclear device test.

Well, you could say he was helping the global warming situation by not lighting up at night.
