Were you as shocked as I to hear Barack Obama verbally throw his grandmother, who raised him, under the bus? His grandmother revealed to him that she gets scared when walking at night, if there are black men walking nearby. Many black people feel the exact same way!
Rush Limbaugh brilliantly pointed out that we are not the sum total of the people who have been in our lives. Why? Because we all make choices to be who we want to be.

Yep!
I think his point was that black people make assumptions about white people and white people make assumptions about black people. I don't think anyone necessarily ended up under a bus.
