CNN is reporting that "evidence found in computers seized in a raid over the weekend suggests Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez recently gave the leftist Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia $300 million," Colombia's national police chief said Monday. Both Equador and Venezuela are sending troops to the areas along their borders with Columbia, but Columbia is not sending troops to its borders.

The question is will the US get involved? Columbia is our ally.
I think Columbia is playing the "wait and see what happens" game knowing that the USA will come to defend against an invasion. Chavez knows that also and I can't believe he is stupid enough to invade Columbia
