OPEN LETTER TO SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE JOHN BOEHNER.
So, Mr. Speaker, I see you are running through two bills that flim flam we Republicans and people who want you to defund Obamacare. One says it will defund Obamacare. The other funds Obamacare. The bill come together, you vote on it, it gets approved, you can say you defunded Obamacare, but the effect is the other bill funds it.
