If people don't do what you want, tax 'em!

Denver Mayor Michael Hancock, who has never vetoed any bill in his two years in office, is hinting that he might veto a bill being considered by the Denver City Council next Monday. The bill would charge people five cents for every plastic bag they use at the grocery store. Seven of the thirteen council members are for the fee. The public hearing and final vote on the bill is set for September 20.

Another sign that liberals may be losing their grip on Colorado?
