South Carolina's Representative Gowdy is my favorite Congressman. He knows how to get to the heart of the matter. He knows how to pin down evasive bureaucrats. In this case, unfortunately, it is an Admiral in the United States Navy!
You never questioned the Secretary of State, Admiral! The person ultimately responsible! Did you interview Barack Obama? Hilariously, Representative Cummings wants to know what difference it makes!
