Age discrimination in the Catholic Church

Did you know that cardinals who are over the age of 80 will not be allowed to vote on the new pope? What is that all about? If that isn't age discrimination, what is?

There are ninety cardinals over the age of eighty. If the church will not let them vote, then why does it let them make other decisions affecting Catholics in their areas?

The election takes place in the Sistine Chapel, which is swept for listening devices!

Each cardinal writes in the name of his preferred candidate in a way that disguises his handwriting. What, they are worried about retaliation? That doesn't sound very Christ-like to me!
