Banning guns for self defense, and not providing security equals lawsuit waiting to happen

Jeffro at The Poor Farm brings our attention to this story out of Aurora, Colorado. New York lawyers who worked on behalf of 9-11 victims, are looking at a lawsuit against Cinemark theaters for their policy of not allowing weapons in their theaters, thus allowing cowards like James Harris to be confident that no one would shoot back during his massacre. http://denver.cbslocal.com/2012/09/07/possible-lawsuit-over-aurora-movie-shootings-targets-owner/
Jeffro makes some good points in his post: http://crazedpw.blogspot.com/2012/09/the-day-is-here.html

You cannot help but wonder if anyone had had a gun in these horrific events what would have happened?
