In a brilliant move just in time for the fall elections, the Obama administration has released new guidelines to enable young illegal immigrants to stay in America. Thousands of young people gathered in cities across America yesterday to learn what documents and money they will need. 4.4 million illegal immigrants under the age of 30 are in the country, and 25% of them will be able to stay. Why so few? Because they cannot have committed a felony, a "serious" misdemeanor, or three or more misdemeanors. Only one out of four have clean criminal records?
