So how is the GOP race going today? Ted Cruz has won Kansas and Maine, bringing his state wins to 6, while Trump has ten. Trump is favored to win Louisiana tonight. Kasich, who has yet to win a state, is now polling ahead of Trump in Michigan, which votes next Tuesday. Rubio still has won only one state, Minnesota.
On the Democratic side, Sanders defeated Clinton in two of the three states today. Sanders won Kansas and Nebraska, while Clinton is favored to win Louisiana.
Clinton and Trump are each winning the same states, Clinton because of the black vote, and Trump because of the white vote in those states.
Update: Trump wins a second state tonight: Kentucky.
