Jonah Goldberg notices at National Review that on today's college campuses,

virtually every supposedly liberal principle -- diversity, free speech, “sound science,” empiricism, tolerance, democracy, the rule of law -- is being set ablaze in the quest of the one thing the radicals always want more than anything else: power.
