Don't expect to see much of this story

if Obama's Department of Homeland Security stops investigations that might have warned us that the San Bernardino slaughter was coming, will progressive journalists think that's newsworthy? Maybe. But probably not.

Never mind that the Department of Homeland Security is an EXECUTIVE BRANCH organization. Never mind that the Department of Homeland Security's budget runs north of 50 billion dollars and employs huge numbers of people. Never mind that the Department of Homeland Security not long ago purchased more than 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition including sizable numbers of hollow-point rounds and ammo specialized for snipers -- all under the command of a President who talks endlessly about the need to restrict and limit the ability of citizens to defend themselves.

The story of a Democrat President canceling investigations into the very Islamic networks that resulted in mass bloody murder in Southern California is likely to cause political harm for political progressives and Democrats. So don't expect to see much of this story from progressive journalists.
