Though scratching his head as to why anyone would want to emulate the presidency of Jimmy Carter, Rush Limbaugh played three clips today that were close to identical. They were of Jimmy Carter at the 1980 Dem Convention, hoping to get re-elected, and Barack Obama last night, trying to get re-elected. Rush has long said that Obama's presidency is the second term Carter never got.
