Joe DiGenova: James Comey is a dirty cop! Rod Rosenstein is so incompetent, compromised and conflicted that he can no longer serve as the Deputy Attorney General. Jeff Sessions has an obligation to the President of the United States to fire Rod Rosenstein after Rosenstein authorized the unconstitutional and unprofessional search of the office of Michael Cohen in New York.
Dershowitz would handle it differently. He would go in front of the Justice Department then before a judge asking that Rosenstein be recused because you cannot be a prosecutor and a witness in the same case!
