The lead story on Special Report tonight was the carnage in Barcelona, Spain. 13 are dead and 100 more are injured after someone drove a van up on the sidewalk and then swerved right to left to right, trying to hit as many people as possible. ISIS claims credit. It appears they have found a new weapon. Most ISIS terrorists are now western-based!
