Hurricane Harvey; North Korea fires a new unidentified projectile into the sea; how Australia funds infrastructure

Of course, the big story tonight on Special Report is Hurricane Harvey. As I type this, the storm is 50 miles east-southeast of Corpus Christi with sustained winds of 125 mph. The amount of rainfall expected is unbelievable, not to mention the flooding from the sea. Texas has not issued evacuation orders! Although Democrats have not confirmed key Homeland Security officials, the Trump team appears to be doing good public relations work, holding multiple briefings for the press. This is the first major hurricane since Katrina! People fleeing may have to go inland more than 100 miles to find safety!

Now the media is off on a new tangent, questioning Trump's mental health.

Australia has not had a recession in over fifteen years. How do they fund infrastructure? By letting citizens invest in ports and airports, which then actually pay taxes that cities and counties use to build infrastructure! Why wouldn't that also work here?

Reuters is reporting that North Korea fired an unidentified projectile into the sea!
