Freedom

Imagine, as just an example, if we Americans had as much freedom to choose how to run our own businesses as we have to choose our sex?

There are to be no regulations or restrictions in any way -- legal or cultural or otherwise! -- upon an individual American deciding what gender s/he wants to be today. Which is subject to change tomorrow, of course. Because "male" and "female" are now synonymous with "choice."

But there is no similar freedom of choice, nothing remotely close, when it comes to an American running his own business. Government regulators supervise with great suspicion every step of the business way.

Heck, there is no similar freedom of choice, nothing remotely close, when it comes to Americans voicing their own opinions about or supporting candidates for the very government that regulates virtually every area of our lives other than sex! Talk too much about politics or spend too much of your own money promoting a political idea, and you might be in violation of myriad campaign regulations.
