Dick Morris, a close adviser to Bill Clinton during the Clinton presidency, has a short video today here. In it Morris talks about Hillary's roles as either enabler or enforcer in Bill's sex scandals. He points out how Hillary did everything she could to intimidate over 20 women Bill admitted to having affairs with. Bill gave the list of women to Betsy Wright. Then detectives were hired to get dirt on the women and then meet with the women to get them to shut up.
Morris recalls that Hillary always wanted more power and more attention from Bill. For her enabling and enforcing, she got perks like being in charge of health care, getting to appoint the Attorney General, a veto over all women in the administration, and an office in the west wing. Then, after springing to Bill's defense in the Lewinsky affair, she got Bill to clear the field so she could run unopposed to fill the vacant seat left by New York Senator Moynihan's departure.
