I have been struck by the fact that whenever I meet a Russian woman under age 40 and ask her what she thinks of Putin, invariably they tells me they love him. Finally, this week I met a Russian woman over age forty. She told me she hated Putin, and asked me, "Do you know who I loved?" I answer no, who? "Ronald Reagan!"
