Using electronic cigarettes to stop smoking

The blogger at bRight & Early gets personal, relating how much better he feels since he gave up tobacco for electronic cigarettes. He writes a letter urging the FDA NOT to remove or regulate

the positives that I, and others, find so attractive about e-cigs: • The variety of flavors that are available • The low cost relative to traditional cigarettes • The ability to vape whenever and wherever I want • The ability to use a product that has, in my personal experience, allowed me to stop smoking

One would hope that no one would ever start smoking cigarettes. The fact is, though, that about 20 percent of American adults are addicted to them. Anything that can be done to liberate those folks from that habit should be encouraged.
