After about a half hour of looking, we still had not found the baby. The mama was frantically calling for her. Then, Amanda found her wedged in between a pallet and a tarp. She hugged the baby, had the horse kiss it, then handed it off to Kim.
Mom, dad, and baby were reunited.
It seemed to me that daddy goat had only one thing on his horny mind, so we encouraged mom and baby to go find a place to nurse.
