Puerto Rico is $70 BILLION in debt. Illinois is $148 BILLION in debt. California is $429 BILLION in debt. New York is now $365 BILLION in debt. Those 4 alone contribute $1.012 TRILLION to our national debt. If we forgive Puerto Rico, Illinois, California & New York will be banging on our door!
