Broncos "owner" says he is the "blood of the city."

The Denver Broncos might have an ownership problem. Pat Bowlen is battling Alzheimers Disease. His son John has a problem with alcohol and drugs. In this 9-11 call placed by his girlfriend, John gets on the 911 line and assures the operator everything is fine, and that he is "the blood of the city," and "friend of the mayor." He also calls himself the "owner of the Broncos," which is not true.
