Handling anger

How often do you give yourself permission to be angry? Every day? Several times a day? Does it make your day go better? Or does it ruin your day?

If you are of average or above average intelligence, something is going to happen every day that will tempt you to respond with anger. Can you deal with these realities without boiling over with anger? Can you make a firm decision not to let it ruin your day?
