This shift in attitudes among the so-called millennial generation—those born after 1980—may reflect the fact that the Obama era has been a disaster for them. As noted in a recent report from the Pew Research Center, millennials are "the first in the modern era to have higher levels of student loan debt, poverty and unemployment, and lower levels of wealth and personal income than their two immediate predecessor generations (Gen Xers and Boomers) had at the same stage of their life cycles."Read more here.
Young people are not expected to turn out in big numbers for Democrats this fall. The Beltway spin is that apathetic youngsters don't care enough to show up for midterm elections. But the kids also appear increasingly dissatisfied with the results of Democratic governance.
This blog is looking for wisdom, to have and to share. It is also looking for other rare character traits like good humor, courage, and honor. It is not an easy road, because all of us fall short. But God is love, forgiveness and grace. Those who believe in Him and repent of their sins have the promise of His Holy Spirit to guide us and show us the Way.

James Freeman writes that young Obama supporters have "moved on to the next website." Unlike Obama, they are not all that ideological. He writes,
